Detailed Reports
Vernotec Inspection compiles all measurements of the Fire Sprinkler System into a comprehensive report that details the location and severity of any MIC or corrosion detected in the sprinkler system.
All measured data can be stored permanently for each location and a report showing the current level of corrosion can be produced using the fire sprinkler system blueprints.
As you can see in this blueprint the analyzed sprinkler system is color coded at each measured location. The coding is easy to understand, red shows that this pipe should be immediately replaced. Yellow areas show evidence of wall thinning or significant corrosion and should be monitored or replaced. Green, means that the readings show no significant corrosion or wall thinning.
Detailed and specific information regarding each measured location are presented in this format, so that you can reference each location on the blueprint as to the actual wall loss, thickness, or presence of corrosion, blockages or leaks.
